Margin and Open Positions
Withdrawals are made from your available (free) balance. Funds required as margin for open positions cannot be withdrawn until those positions are closed or sufficient free margin is available.
Third-Party Withdrawals
Withdrawals are only permitted to accounts with the same name as the trading account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited for security reasons.
Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy
To comply with AML regulations, our Company may request additional documentation or information for larger withdrawal amounts or in certain specific cases.
Fees for Withdrawals or Account Closure
Any applicable withdrawal or account-closure charges (for example, payment-provider or bank transfer fees) are disclosed in advance in your client area and are deducted from the withdrawn amount. You will never be asked to send additional funds in order to release a withdrawal. If anyone requests an upfront payment to process your withdrawal, please contact support@n1-venture.io immediately.
